Cygnt Brunel: Cygnet Brunel in Bristol offers an extensive Neuropsychiatric treatment, care and rehabilitation pathway which is unique in it's ability to provide a dedicated pathway to meet the complex needs of service users within their care. The individually designed wards facilitate a clear and distinctive care and treatment pathway for those affected by an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) or Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI); where behaviours that challenge are the overarching impairment to recovery and rehabilitation. You will ensure the systematic provision of a high quality psychological service to Cygnet's services and work autonomously within professional guidelines while exercising responsibility for the systematic governance of psychological practice within the service/team. A major requirement of the job is to act as a highly specialist resource to the wider professional community and to carry out audit, policy and service development and research activities and/or programs. To propose and implement policy and service development changes within Cygnet as served by the team/service.
