Our Helpline Advisers are required to deliver a first class response to all calls, e-mails and online enquiries that are made to the national NYAS Helpline. This includes direct contacts from young people, local authorities, foster carers, parents etc. This role primarily involves processing electronic referrals submitted online and the successful candidate must ensure that all of the information is accurate, precise and correctly forwarded to the appropriate member of the NYAS team. The successful candidate must have excellent attention to detail and accuracy and effective communication skills including a good telephone manner and professional e-mail courtesy. The role also requires the candidate to be proficient in MS Office and have experience of working with databases. For more information, please view the attached job description.
