Preferred skills * Work allocation, resource management, conduct trainings on work allocation process, co-ordination, building relationships with key stakeholders within different Tax teams * Demonstrate leadership skill by building strong relationship both within, outside the immediate team Demonstrate leadership skill by building strong relationship both within, outside the immediate team . * Responsible for wok allocation as per skillset of teams, review capacity of teams as per headcount, suggest alternate resource modelling as per requirement, understand team dynamics and build relationships with each team.
