Job Description

The person and the role We are looking for a Support Service Worker for 30 hours a week to join our service which supports families that are facing homelessness and or need support to be able to live more independently. Ideally you will have experience of supporting vulnerable client groups, along with a good understanding of safeguarding and the complexities that it might bring. With the ability to prioritise your workload, we are looking for someone who is supportive in a non-judgmental way. You will be responsible for enabling our customers to reach their potential and for identifying their goals through individual support plans. You will also be providing support to our customers in a flexible and person-centred way, so you must have emotional resilience and the ability to deal constructively with challenging behaviour.
