Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Facilities Assistant role in Madienhead. You will be required to have experience in the follow:- * Complete PQQs as necessary * Management of Pool Vehicles * Maintenance of External Areas * Fire Officer & alarm testing * General Maintenance * Maintaining adequate cleaning material stocks * Maintenance of Meeting Rooms/General areas * PAT Testing * Induction of contractors * Furniture maintenance and renewals * To ensure all deliveries are received and dispatched.
