Job Description

An excellent development opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual within Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys to lead a multi-disciplinary team in a 20 bedded male acute assessment ward. You will need to be enthusiastic, have excellent organisational, negotiation and time management skills and be able to engage with staff at all levels. You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills and act as a role model within the clinical care setting. You will be able to demonstrate that you are caring for patients in an efficient, appropriate and empathetic manner. The post holder will be supported with their own professional development and the opportunity to become involved with many exciting projects working within community and primary care settings. Applicants must be an RMN with a current NMC Registration and have experience of working with this client group at a senior level, along with managerial experience, including supervision and coordination of staff, managing a budget and workforce and clinical development. You will be highly motivated and innovative in your management and leadership skills and have the ability to communicate both internally and externally in relation to complex clinical matters.
