We are now looking for a Supervisor for our new Store opening in Ingolstadt Outlet Village in July 2020 . This Store will remain open for approximately one year and you'll be at the forefront of this exciting project! Tatigkeitsbereiche You will: * Be responsible for daily floor supervision of sales team ensuring great customer experiences and reporting directly to the Store Manager * Drive sales goal attainment and provide real-time performance coaching to ensure all customers are given the full Burberry experience Qualifikationen You will have: * 1-2 years previous supervisory or management experience in retail fashion/luxury sales; * "Quality control" attitude aimed at ensuring that every interaction with a customer is memorable; * Strong commercial awareness combined with operational skills.
