ROLE – Maintenance & Process Supervisor LOCATION – Oxfordshire TERM – Permanent, full time SALARY - £30k - £36k A globally recognised, innovating process company are actively recruiting for a Maintenance & Process Supervisor to join their expanding team, based in Oxfordshire, on a permanent basis. After joining, the Maintenance & Process Supervisor will be offered training allowing the right candidate to fully integrate into the company’s structure. The Maintenance & Process Supervisor will ideally have the following skills/experience: Experience supervising a small/medium team Working in a process or manufacturing environment Previous experience carrying out and supervising machine maintenance Production processes working to quality systems Good communication skills Microsoft Office Further education in a technical discipline or environment would be a distinct advantage The Maintenance & Process Supervisor will be responsible for: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance Carrying out validation checks Assist the Manager with the running of the plant Encouraging continuous improvement within the department Managing stock control of spare parts The successful Maintenance & Process Supervisor will earn a salary between £30,000 & £36,000 plus fantastic benefits.
