Improvement Fellow, End of Life Care, University College Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust This is an exciting opportunity for a Specialty Trainee - General Practice, Geriatric Medicine, Palliative Medicine, General Medicine, Oncology, Haematology and Intensive Care medicine - to undertake a one year Out of Programme Experience position as an Improvement Fellow in End of Life Care (EOLC), starting in Sept/Oct 2020. The post holder will contribute to the delivery of an innovative Quality Improvement programme in EOLC aiming to improve the experience of and care delivered to patients who attend UCLH in the last year of life. In addition s/he will be supported to develop his/her Leadership and Quality Improvement skills portfolio through multiple development opportunities within the Trust, North London Partners and the London region.
