Job Description
The Role We are seeking a highly talented and qualified engineer to join our Corporate Support Engineering team as a Corporate Support Engineer. The team is responsible for monitoring/supporting of our windows infrastructure, SaaS platforms, and desktop applications plus resolving any direct technical issues across our firm. What you'll do In this role, you will work alongside a Senior Corporate Support Engineer to provide high quality service and technical support to a wide-range of end-users - investment professionals, middle & back office employees, and technologists. A successful candidate will balance strong engineering know-how with a strong customer first attitude. What you'll bring What you need: * Desktop support experience - Windows 7 and 10. * Windows Server support experience * Experience with Active Directory * Experience with Microsoft Office 365 * Group Policy Management * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong customer service skills * Strong ownership experience and a track record of delivering results * A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field We'd love if you had: * Experience with Powershell/VBScript * Experience with VMware * Experience with trade floor support * Experience with Mobile Device Management * Exposure to any of the following * Citrix Xendesktop * Linux * AWS Our culture The firm's ethos is embedded in our people.
