Job Description
New opportunities have arisen to work for a North London based housing provider for Multi Trade Carpenter's. My client is seeking experienced individuals who have a core trade within Carpentry who is also able to complete tiling, plumbing and ideally have knowledge of fitting polysafe flooring. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to join an exciting new team with the potential of being made permanent.This will be paid via an umbrella company, NOT CIS. Duties & Responsibilities: * Complete repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties * Ensure customer service is maintained at a high level at all times * Have a core trade as well as having other skills and trades knowledge Qualifications Required: * City & Guilds/ NVQ Qualified - Level 2 * Enhanced DBS Check You will be supplied with: * A van * Fuel Card
