The NHNN is developing a new outreach post and we are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated AHP to join our team and be the link between NHNN and the MS Service within Islington CCG, working together as part of the multidisciplinary professional community team (ICNRT) to ensure that patients with MS receive the highest standard of care and support from time of diagnosis onwards. They would be the lead professional for MS patients within the Islington Community Neuro-Rehabilitation Team, and work closely with colleagues in the ICNRT and MS MDT to ensure a MDT rehabilitative approach is optimised locally. The department has well-structured in-service training supporting the knowledge and skills framework and personal development plans.
