Job Description
Our Forensic services provide low secure mental health services. We are currently seeking experienced Band 5 nurses for positions, working with both Male and Female patients. Clifton House has a strong sense of team, and we are keen to support and develop new members of staff. You will have excellent communication skills, be self-assured, emotionally resilient and adaptable to service user needs. Maintaining clear boundaries and consistencies within the team, Nurses will be working closely with and under the guidance of the wider MDT and will require an understanding of the Mental Health Act and the criminal justice system. You will offer support and supervise the practice of junior staff in order to ensure safe and effective Nursing practice. You will be closely involved in developing recovery care pathways for Service Users and will empower service users at all stages of care and treatment.
