Come join our team! **Position Summary** As a Marketing Executive, you will join a dynamic, fast-paced environment and will help execute strategies, plans that grow market share and brand's reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth of Auto Care products and brands across the international region. **Specific Accountabilities** + Provide general assistance and support to INTL Marketing team and assist the Manager - Appearance, with additional projects. + Assist in the development and management of the INTL portfolio including NPD pipeline and launches, product feasibility assessments, product briefings, packaging and claims, as well as brand and offer proposition. + Assist the briefing process and management with internal and external agencies for packaging artwork. + Assist in data collation and analysis of portfolio performance. + Coordination of translations with agency and markets. + Administrative support for Master Data Governance (MDG), master data systems, purchase order management and spend tracking/reporting and other marketing/collateral databases. + Manage NPD sample development and production for customer/sales presentations. + Provide sales support by disseminating relevant market and product information to the local marketing team and addressing information requests from regions as needed. + Maintain a catalogue of active SKUs for identified markets to utilise. + Ensure all new packaging developments conform to local regulatory requirements through global legal and regulatory teams. + Monitor competitor activity and make recommendations for corrective action. **Required Skills and Experience** + At least 3+ years working experience in marketing/trade marketing department. + Degree / Diploma in Business Administration with focus on Marketing. + Excellent communication skills, written and verbal required. + Numerate, commercially astute, with good analytical and reporting skills required. + Ability to work remotely in matrix organisation and cross-functional teams/projects across multiple locations required. + Highly organised, works independently and able to prioritise tasks and handle multiple projects required. + Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint & Excel required. + Marketing experience in both product and brand management experience preferred. + Marketing exposure in retail environment preferred. + Multi-country regional or global experience preferred. + Flexibility and ability to adapt to change. **Key Working Relationships** + Area Marketing + Local Marketing + Global Marketing + R&D Team + Procurement & operations **Come join us!** Energizer offers a competitive total rewards package which includes a range of health, wellness and retirement savings coverage, paid time off and holidays, and many opportunities to learn, develop and grow.
