Job Description

Senior Surveyor / Employers Agent An excellent opportunity has come available for a Senior Surveyor / Employers Agent to join a small, growing practice based in Winchester. They have experienced an exciting period of growth over the last 5 years and are now looking to employ a Senior Surveyor / Employers Agent to lead and develop their Employers Agent service working with various local Housing Associations and Registered Providers. Role & Responsibilities for Senior Surveyor / Employers Agent * Assist Senior Partners in business development, cultivating new and existing clients * Take brief from client and oversee preparation of fee proposals for approval * Preparation of Budget Cost Option appraisals, Value for Money reports (Whole life costings), producing tender documents * Deal with/organising all pre-contract investigations, surveys and other due diligence issues required by Clients * Reviewing progress of works and preparing reports for clients * Carrying out snagging, arranging handover and end of defect period inspections Skills & Experience for Senior Surveyor / Employers Agent * Minimum 5 years experience as Employers Agent * MRICS would be beneficial but not essential * Experience in residential and affording housing projects * Good client facing, comfortable assisting with business development Salary & Benefits * 50-60k base salary (depending on experience) * Scope for Associate role for right person * Car allowance * Bonus * RICS subscription paid with support towards RICS status as required * Private healthcare To Apply: Please contact Andrew Lambert at Property Partners Recruitment on 02382 354100 or click Apply Now.
