Job Description
Description We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Sales Representative and a Full Time Sales Representative. Core Specific Responsibilities: * Taking active part in selling luxury Porsche Design merchandise * Regular participation in product training * Permanent further self-education by using the Porsche Design training material * Oriented toward luxury product sales and providing competent customer service within the store * Collecting all relevant customer data in the retail system * Permananent involvement in the Porsche Design clientel concept * Taking over administrative tasks according to the agreement with the Junior Store manager * Permanent involvement within the organisation of material logistics, merchandise handling, inspection and storage * Good knowledge of cash and PC system * Maintaining general store standards Core Accountabilities: * To understand and assist in the delivery of the Porsche Design Business Strategy and Objectives. * Deliver an agreed level of service to the Internal and External Customer, Business Partners and External Suppliers. * Take ownership for personal development needs in anticipation of Business requirements. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
