Job Description
My client is a fortune 500 business and and is split into three segments - Advisory Services, Global workplace solutions and Real Estate investments. They have over 60,000 employees and are currently in top the 25 for Linkedin top companies. My client want people at all levels of knowledge and experience, who think creatively and collaborate successfully with a team and with clients. Working within the Property accountant's team you will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of clients, whilst building and maintaining high level service levels. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all KPI'S and SLA's are achieved/exceeded. Role & Responsibilities * Attend client meetings to discuss portfolio * Adhere to all credit control processes and develop where necessary * Collection of all outstanding charges within lease terms and internal/external SLA's * Reduce aged debt through pro-active collection techniques * Hold regular meetings/con calls with property managers/Surveyors to review client portfolios * Recommend appropriate action bailiff/legal/forfeiture and manage case to conclusion Skills & Qualifications * Good IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook). - Any experience in MS Dynamics AX would be advantageous * Experience of working in high transnational environment * Proven experience managing portfolio's or accountants * Knowledge within Property would be advantageous * Ideally at least 18 months proven experience working within credit control function Benefits * Work for company listed in the Top 25 Linkedin Companies & Top 250 in Fortune 500 * Work for a company that offer Fantastic and unrivalled progression opportunities * Salary of 20-25,000 (Depending on experience) * BACK TO YOU - New returnship programme no matter what length of career break you have had Apply Now
