What You'll Do We're looking for a highly collaborative marketing director to create multi-channel initiatives to increase Cherwell's brand awareness across the European region, grow pipeline, increase pipeline velocity and partner with sales to help us achieve our aggressive growth targets. This person will apply their broad experience, creativity, energy, calculated risk-taking, planning and leadership skills to grow market share. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for direct and partner marketing initiatives across the European region. This will include the planning and execution of regional campaigns, such as; offline and online events, trade shows, PR, social media engagement, managing local analysts or industry influencer's, manage a local budget, events, syndication, and ultimately be responsible for achieving the regional marketing budgets against goals. Job Responsibilities: * Develop the creative strategy and tactical marketing plans to achieve corporate growth objectives. * Manage the marketing budget goals while delivering multi-channel tactical marketing campaigns. * Designs and produces localized content included in product collateral, channel marketing, demand generation, account-based marketing initiatives building brand awareness. * Execute demand generation campaigns and activities, across multiple channels, that lead to inquiries, leads, opportunities and closed won revenue. * Creates, develops, manages and executes effective multi-channel communication plans, liaising with sales and marketing. * Responsible for online and offline event management, road show and webinars. * Ensures coherent branding and messaging is maintained throughout all communications and channels. * Negotiates and maintains product messaging and marketing growth initiatives with external agencies. * Manages and develops the website content and messaging relating to the region throughout all channels that enhance the buyers experience. * Great project management skills * Strategic thinker who can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well in a cross-functional, multi-cultural team environment. * Agency management * Budget management skills If you have the following experience, we'd love to hear from you!
