Job Description

Training & Advertising Sales Executive - 6 months fixed term contract (with room to become permanent if successful) - pro-rata of £25,000 plus bonus of £5000; London. Our client numbers almost 13,000 staff in over 50 countries and has a turnover of approximately EUR 1.5 billion. This role is ideal for a junior/ entry level sales person with some level of 'business sales'. We're looking for an enthusiastic individual who is driven by providing excellent customer service and committed to producing quality results. The role serves to sell our client's online training platform (60% of the role), plus event/ advertising promotions (40%). The ideal candidate has a proven track record in telesales and can demonstrate their ability to comprehend new technology and to develop strategies to get meetings created for increasing sales. You'll be taught to develop your sales skills, how to source new clients and develop your market awareness. You'll have the opportunity to accompany senior team members to conferences, shows, events and client meetings. To further your insight in the full cycle of sales, you will be exposed to related parts of the business including marketing and production. Responsibilities: * Will be a hunter primarily through outbound calling efforts to key stakeholders at institutions, as coordinated with their regional managers that they will be teamed with in their territory assignment, to sell Nature Masterclasses Online subscriptions. * Work as an inside sales team member and perform outbound lead generation through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn. * Work intensively to increase and improve product awareness within assigned territory by building and maintaining relationships with customers and channel partners and by attending and presenting at relevant industry conferences and trade shows. Qualifications: * Educated to degree level or equivalent To summarise, this is initially a six month contract but with a view to extending the contract into a permanent role. £25,000 plus £5000 bonus.
