Job Description
Business Unit Director- Healthcare Advertising- Freelance or Fixed Term Contract I am working with a global healthcare advertising agency in London who is recruiting for 2 Business Unit Directors to join them on a 12-month maternity cover position. These roles can either be freelance or as a fixed term contract. Their office is in London but due to the current pandemic everyone is working remotely. The first business unit focuses on a large piece of Global Oncology work. This is a fast-paced and exciting business unit that prides itself in having some of the best talent in the industry. This business unit offers boundless opportunity: to build close partnerships alongside senior client stakeholders within multinational pharmaceutical companies, to grow and progress while working at the forefront of advancement in oncology by delivering creative and strategic campaigns that achieve a truly meaningful difference for patients and healthcare professionals. The second business unit focuses on multiple Global and local projects covering a variety of therapy areas such as; Stem cell therapies, movement disorder treatments, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Nuclear medicine, Gene therapy and Pharmacy initiatives. This unit holds a large variety of brands, which will offer the opportunity to work on a range of products as well as within different team structures. The company is ideally looking for someone who can start at the end of August/ beginning of September. Interviews and on-boarding are currently done remotely. The agency is looking for someone who has a very strong background working in healthcare advertising, someone with great leadership skills and able to manage a team as well as managing budgets and stakeholders.
