Job Description
The Amazon Custom Advertising team is a worldwide organization working on innovative advertising experiences for our customers and advertisers. This is a rapidly growing and evolving Amazon Advertising business. If you are a builder who thrives in fast-paced environments, this is the team for you. The EU GM will oversee a diverse team of creative talent, program managers, and design technologists to deliver unique and innovative advertising campaigns in UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. From delivering a car to a customer via helicopter in Milan to showcasing the home of the future in the highest traffic shopping mall in London, we combine the digital and physical and bias to big, bold campaigns that delight the customer and perform for the advertiser. We seek an entrepreneurial leader who can set strategy, prioritize, communicate clearly, and consistently deliver results. In addition to strong general management skills, the successful candidate must be able to manage internal stakeholders and align roadmaps with Amazon's strategic objectives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Candidate can be based out of London or Munich but will be managing teams across Europe.
