Job Description
Title: Salesforce.com Business Analyst Location: London, UK Duration: Permanent Job Description: * Good experience as an IT Business Analyst/Architect . * Salesforce Developer certification (DEV-401 or Platform Developer-1 certification) is required . * Desired: Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud implementation experience in enterprise projects with multiple integration points to other CRM/ERP/Legacy applications. * Experience Creating extensive Force.com solutions. * Work with the user community (including senior executives) to identify business requirements, analyze business processes, analyze source data, produce functional specifications, data flows and business rules and assist with the implementation of those specifications. * Will drive the initiation, planning, requirements, design, test and post-production phases of the solution development life cycle. * Experience working with Agile Methodology. * Exposure to integrating external and internal data interfaces with the Force.com platform. * Should be able to manage multiple stakeholders in the business.
