Job Description Job Title: Genesys Workforce Consultant Type: Contract Location: Cardiff, UK engagement with client business SMEs to provide expert knowledge and guidance development and refinement of requirements within the scope of the overall solution proposed Eservice with hands-on experience in GWE, GMS(call back), Content Analyser Hands-on experience in implementing SIP proxy and also implementing security(SSL,TLS) for various Genesys components development of High Level Design deliverable development of Solution Design deliverable configuration and set up Dev, test, pre-prod and prod environments development of detailed design document if required Regards, Ramya Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
