Senior Contact Centre Solution Expert (GENESYS Call Centre) Greater London area. Global IT and Telecom solutions provider have a long term contract opportunity for a Senior Call Centre solutions architect with a strong background in Contact Centre solutions in unified communications. Supporting the marketing , pre sales and commercial management teams to optimize win new BID opportunites for new business. Mainly in presales activities, this Architect role is focusing on designing the best in class solution. You will upport account teams on large opportunities, participate to the bid and solution strategy definition and provide guidance on design optimization. Technical Experience Genesys Pure Engage Expert Level Genesys Pure Cloud Expert average to expert level Natural Language and AI Call recording and Quality manager Network, SDWAN, Audiocode SBCs. Integration, REST API, Web services Encryption PCI, SSO, Active Directory Soft skills Ability to engage, interpersonal skills, Ability to work under pressure and speed, meet deadlines and has worked in multicultural global environment.
