Overview
Eximius Group are exclusively working on a Solutions Architect requirement for a vendor partner based in the UK. They are looking for a cloud contact centre specialist who has worked with enterprise level environments preferably delivering Genesys (v 8.5) solutions. This will be a key role in the architecture team who deliver innovative and cutting edge cloud solutions for customers. You will be working remotely (from home) when not at client site although occasional visits to the company office will be required for meetings and training. This role will give you the opportunity to test your skills surrounded by a team of the best Genesys professionals. You will be working on some of the biggest Genesys deployments in Europe. The role does require some travel so you should be flexible to do this when needed. You must also have solutions architecture experience not just in a pre-sales capacity in order to be considered. If you have Genesys certifications that will be beneficial but it's not essential. This is the most exciting SA role available on the contact centre market at the moment and it will be filled quickly.
