Overview
Eximius are working exclusively on a support engineers vacancy for a cloud communications solution provider. We are looking for someone that has at least 3-5 years recent Genesys engineering experience ideally supporting enterprise level environments or customers. This will be a remote role including travel. Essential experience includes; Genesys SIP Server Reporting Dashboards Non-Voice Channels (email, chat, sms, social media) You will be working as part of a support team working mainly with UK customers but there will also by customers in Europe. The role can be done almost fully remotely but with travel to client site and head office as required so you should be flexible.
