Company Description Home Instead Senior Care is the world's leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people. With minimum visits of one hour, award winning training and an excellent reputation we are immensely proud of the quality of care we provide. We match our CAREGivers to our clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build bonds of trust and enables us to provide personalised support. We do require our CAREGivers to have transport to enable you to visit clients in locations that are poorly serviced by public transport. Job Description We are looking for exeptional people to look after our elderly clients in the evening and alternate week-ends. Seeking reliable, kindly, people who are free to work 4.00pm - 10.00pm shifts, you do not have to be available every night of the week we will consider part-time working, but we do insist on working at least one Saturday or Sunday shift alternative week-ends. Our clients need evening CAREGivers to help them prepare for bed, reminding them to take medication and prepare a light supper, to have a chat and a nice cup of tea at the end of the day. Qualifications We require our CAREGivers to have good and clear communications skills so that our clients who may have dementia or are hard of hearing can fully communicate with you. We also require you to have your own transport, thereafter a willingness to learn and to work hard is the most essential qualification we seek.
