Company Description Home Instead Senior Care is the world's leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people. We match our CAREGivers to our clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build bonds of trust and enables us to provide personalised support. Job Description We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients in Welwyn Garden City. As a CAREGiver, with Home Instead you will provide a variety of services to keep our clients safe and independent in their own home's, which is where we believe they should be. No experience is necessary as full training is given to all new CAREGivers and will be refreshed throughout your career with us. We carefully match our clients and CAREGivers based on similar hobbies and interest's. All of our calls are a minimum of 60 minutes so you will have time to deliver an excellent standard of care and have enough time to enjoy getting to know your clients. Our services are non-medical and can include companionship, home help, personal care, meal preparation, post-hospital care, support with hobbies & interests and much more! Whether you're looking to make the next step in your career or have some hours spare to help someone in your community, this may be the perfect role for you!
