Job Description
Tonic are searching for a bar manger for a restaurant in the Lichfield area. The restaurant is fast becoming one of the most highly regarded in the area, the food is exceptional and the service and drinks offering need to match this. * Bar Manager for one of, if not the best restaurant in the area * Stable team, serving an interesting selection of beers, wines and cocktails * Maintaining quality of product and service, HACCAP compliance, bar cleanliness and maintenance, stock control and SOPs Company Details * Modern and funky gastropub style offering serving top quality products across F&B * Excellent training, progression and development opportunities Person Required * A minimum of 1 year in bar management role within a quality establishment * Show a genuine interest in, and knowledge of drinks trends * Always strive to exceed guest's expectations and go the extra mile * A proven track record of progression and growth in previous roles * celar management experience * Confidence in all aspects of costing, working to set budgets, managing stock and a team of at least 10 people The successful Bar Manager will get - * A competitive k salary based on experience * An achievable bonus package * Tips / gratuities and a pension * Meals on shift If you like the sound of this opportunity, please apply with an up to date CV today.
