Company Description Home Instead Senior Care is the world's leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people. Job Description Would you like to make a difference in your local community? Want a change/need more hours/work around your existing job......Looking for rewarding work helping people remain independent in their own homes? We are looking to recruit CAREGivers who are passionate to support local people with companionship, home help and activities of daily living throughout Nottingham. We can offer you between 10-20 hours mainly across the evening and weekend. You will need to offer availability between these times and extra hours are also available during weekdays. Due to the nature of the role, you will also need to have a UK driving Licence and have a car. Home instead are the UK's leading in home care service and we can offer you excellent rates of pay and a fantastic training and development programme. Although experience is certainly welcomed, it isn't essential as we offer free ongoing training. We offer: Fantastic rates of pay- 10.00 per hour Flexible hours to suit your schedule Paid Holidays Paid Mileage Paid travel time between clients visits The opportunity to build up your hours the longer you are with us Continuous Training and Development opportunities Qualifications You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a CAREGiver. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.
