How will you value-add? PwC's Academy Singapore is the external training arm of PwC Singapore and one of the fastest growing units at the firm. We leverage upon PwC's core competencies and conduct specialised training across Digital, Finance & Accounting, Tax, Governance, Risks & Compliance, Advisory/Consulting, and Organisational Leadership & Strategy for our clients, as well as professionals from both the public and private sectors. At PwC's Academy Singapore, we put our learners at the heart of all we do: all of our training are practitioner-led, rich content featuring real case-studies and as practical-oriented as possible - meaning our learners get ample opportunities to "practice" which in turn ensures effective learning. In line with the growth at PwC's Academy Singapore, we are now looking to hire an experienced Operations Manager to be responsible for the following: * Build, lead and manage a high-performing team of Operations and Administrative executives. * Review current Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) across Training Logistics, Customer Service & Care and Billing & Invoicing and make suitable recommendations for changes as part of the drive towards Digital Innovation and Continuous Improvement. * Manage Training Logistics: secure training venue, perform set-up, work with catering and perform post-event evaluations. * Manage digital Invoicing and Billing processes/functions in partnership with the Finance department. * Implement great Customer Service, Care & Hospitality. * Prepare Monthly Reports: Course v Enrolment Performance, Revenue Performance, Margins v Efficiency Performance, etc. * Manage Learning Management System, Website content, as well as related digital & non-digital marketing About you * A result-oriented professional with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. * Proven leadership qualities and track record for building and managing a team towards achieving operational KPIs. * Excellent organisation skills; project management skills will be advantageous. * Good communications skills. * Experienced with Invoicing, Billing and Customer Care/Service; a finance background will be advantageous. * Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint. * A digital native who is comfortable with social media instruments. *Only shortlisted candidates will be notified due to the high number of applicants for this role .
