This is a senior leadership role and you'll take an overview of the delivery of EMD South asset management works, ensuring that revenue and capital asset maintenance programmes are delivered effectively. This involves working closely with Field and Asset Performance teams, NCPMS and the supply chain to procure resources for delivery of our programme of works and working with Procurement, Legal, Finance and Technical teams to ensure approvals, permits and funding are in place. This fast paced role is integral to the delivery of both our construction programmes and our Asset Management Strategy. The team Our Operations team is a diverse and dispersed team and this is a high profile role within Operations reporting directly to the Operations Manager. You'll bring together the planning and programming work of the Asset Performance, Field, and MEICA teams working with the LDL for EMD North to plan in-house delivery of works. You'll also work very closely with the Catchment Engineers who take a technical and engineering overview of the revenue and capital programmes. Experience/skills required This role requires experience of delivering FCRM programmes of work and complex/fast paced FCRM projects. Experience of capital and revenue funding routes is preferable. This is a leadership role where you will bring together different teams to deliver a shared goal. Communication and engagement skills are essential, you will be working extensively with internal and external partners and suppliers to smooth through the delivery of our maintenance programme.
