Our dedicated team of Business Development Managers is populated with long serving individuals who are instrumental in developing and managing their accounts within the HoReCa space and beyond, promoting a full portfolio of solutions on behalf of our suppliers. We are looking for highly successful people to join us in continuing to strengthen our brand, support our suppliers and exceed the needs of our customers. We are increasing our team significantly before the end of the year across the UK, with further expansion planned for 2019. Job Description This role would suit a clearly focused and determined individual, someone who is hungry for success and the rewards that come with it. As a Business Development Manager working with us, not only will you be rewarded with the responsibility to run your own area as if it were your own business, we also boast a NO KPI policy coupled with uncapped commission and on-going incentives. Our Business Development Managers come from either a food or drink background with exceptional experience of this marketplace and are able to demonstrate this knowledge effectively to their customers. They understand the full life cycle of a customer from business development through to first order, overseeing and managing the end to end process. A fulfilling opportunity with a mix of Account Management and Business Development, this role rewards exceptionally high for exceptionally high calibre candidates who want to succeed by working hard and playing harder. Qualifications It is imperative that our Business Development Managers are first and foremost, customer centric, possessing exceptional drive, determination and enthusiasm to achieve maximum results and rewards. * Experience within the Foodservice or On-Trade Industry with a minimum of 2 years' experience, is imperative * A clear understanding of the market including life cycle management * Ideally, you will be a mixture of a hunter/farmer with exceptional relationship building skills, happy to work autonomously, with a self-starter mentality * A focused and determined individual will absolutely over-achieve in this position * Call Sarah Vauls for a discussion in the strictest confidence Additional Information Salary 30-35K + Uncapped Commission, Full Benefits package, Car Allowance, Phone, Laptop, etc Remote working, role to cover The North West.
