Chef de Partie, 2 AA Restaurant, Berkshire up to 25K We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join this busy 2 AA restaurant * Chef de Partie for 2 AA restaurant * Berkshire location * Staff accommodation available * Salary up to 25K * Brasserie style menu About the Hotel This beautiful hotel sits in 240 acres of picturesque parkland, an equestrian centre, polo fields, kids club and plenty of outdoor pursuits, this hotel has more than enough to keep even the most active guest entertained. A relaxed and rustic dinning experience where muddy boots are most welcome then there is also a 2 AA Rosette restaurant which offers a delicious brasserie style menu of comfort food in an informal setting. Working as a Chef de Partie As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for running a section of the kitchen. You will prepare and present all dishes to the required standard. You should be calm under pressure, a good team player and able train and supervise junior chefs. Good allergens and food hygiene knowledge is also essential.
