Demi Chef de Partie Job Opportunity, Michelin Restaurant, Berkshire 23K We have an opportunity for a passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join one of the UK most talented Michelin Star chefs in his new restaurant. * Working closely with a highly talented head chef in a small brigade. * Regularly changing menu. * 4.5 day working week, lunch and dinner only. * 23k package. * Berkshire location * Great opportunity to expand your food and wine knowledge and skills. * Previous Rosette or Michelin experience essential. The Restaurant The property is a Michelin starred, modern fine dining restaurant, serving the very best of British food. The menus constantly evolve to follow and reflect the seasons, creating a dynamic and enjoyable working environment, where food and drink knowledge is developed and broadened. Located in a historic building in a small town close to London the restaurant is intimate (10 tables, 24 covers) and luxurious. The kitchen is open and extremely well equipped. 4.5 day working week. Working as a Demi Chef de Partie As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for running a section of the kitchen. You will prepare and present all dishes and elements to the Michelin standard. You should be calm under pressure, a good team player and able train and supervise junior chefs. Good allergens and food hygiene knowledge is also essential. In a Michelin Kitchen precision, attention to detail and a true passion to learn and develop as a chef are also essential.
