Chef De Partie We are currently looking to recruit a strong Chef De Partie to assist in the daily running of this busy kitchen. Supporting the Head chef and Sous Chef and ensuring the kitchen service runs smoothly at all times. The Place A beautiful 400 year old beamed tavern, with a cosy bar and glowing fires serves traditional heart warming bar food. Good 'old fashioned' indulgence is the order of the day in the restaurant, where you'll find classic English fayre and daily fresh fish specials on the a la carte menu. The Perks As Chef De Partie you can look forward to the following: Salary of up to £24,000 Service charge Fun working environment Nice work life balance Great family run business The Person The ideal Chef De Partie will have the following: Experience as a strong Demi CDP or Chef De Partie A passion for fresh food and proven experience cooking it. Flexible to work hours as required Good knowledge of all sections. Driven to ensure food standards are maintained at all times Ideally live locally with own transport All candidates must be able to demonstrate that they hold a relevant and valid work permit or visa to live and work in the UK.
