Sous Chef- 2AA Rosette Restuarant- Ascot

We are searching for a strong Sous Chef to join one of the leading hotels in the U.K. The hotel is part of a fantastic hotel collection with properties all over the world. The Hotel has a separate casual dining restaurant that currently holds 2AA rosettes given guests a less formal dining atmosphere but offering still high level of cooking. The ideal candidate will have a stable working history in 4 & 5-star hotels or currently working in a rosette accredited restaurant. The salary on offer is 32,000 which is inclusive of service charge. Overall, we are looking for an individual that has experience working in rosette accredited restaurants and hotel across the country, the right candidate will have a great determination and passion for food and is wanting to benefit their career.
