SENIOR CREATIVE ACCOUNT MANAGER REQUIRED FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!! BASED IN BIRMINGHAM 6 MONTH CONTRACTING POSITION £500-£600 PER DAY! My client is a well known national organisation and due to an expansion within the team they are now looking to recruit a Senior Credit Account Manager on a 6 month contractor basis (inside IR35). This is a pivotal position which will manage the outsourced work to agencies covering a wide range of creative work where the Account Manager would liaise with the teams and then manage the project through to completion. The ideal candidate would have both agency and inhouse experience with excellent account management skills as well as end to end delivery of high profile projects. The role will be initially remotely based however will have a phased return in to the office in central Birmingham [ The role ] - Working proactively and collaboratively with your clients. Building strong relationships so you understand their objectives and can offer strategic advice for on-brand creative solutions that align with the Strategic Stakeholder Engagement strategy and business-wide priorities - Leading and managing the in-house Creative Team colleagues and external suppliers required for this workstream, setting priorities and coordinating workflow, to oversee end-to-end delivery of creative work that is on brand, meets EDI and H&S standards, and is on time and on budget - Liaising with clients and translating a great creative brief by you and your direct reports which are then communicated succesfully to suppliers - Reviewing and improving workstream processes - Reporting to and taking direction from the Head of Creative, and deputising for the Head of Creative in leading the Creative Team as and when required - Project managing and overseeing your direct reports' project management as appropriate, involving setting up and driving through appropriate critical paths, identifying and involving collaborators, reviewers and approvers appropriately, conducting project kick off/approval windows/sign off effectively, and liaison with Production appropriately [ Person and skills required ] - Client management and relationship building skills - Creative agency and supplier management skills - Workstream leadership and team management skills - Ability to extract insights from opinion research and apply to creative work, while working within brand guidelines - Content planning skills - particularly for digital channels but spanning all types of content for all platforms - The ability to turn complex and sometimes vague client requests into successful creative briefs - The ability to kick off, drive-through and close out creative projects - The ability to project manage a large volume of creative projects of differing kinds, overseeing delivery to required standards, to demanding timescales, on budget, to achieve measurable objectives - Quality checking/proof checking skills - the ability to quality check all types of creative communications (eg copy, design, photography, video etc) against brand guidelines and other required standards (eg accessibility, Plain English, health and safety), and to implement amendments - Knowledge of best practice digital asset management and GDPR - Knowledge of print production techniques - Knowledge of digital marketing including website UX and content planning for social media If you believe you have the skills and experience for this exciting opportunity please apply ASAP!!
