About our client This is a fantastic new Senior Account Executive (or Account Manager) opportunity with an award-winning full-service agency based in central Birmingham! I love working with this business, they have a fantastic culture with a flexible approach and are a hugely talented team of creative individuals who work collaboratively to create and deliver award winning campaigns for their client base. They work in true partnership with their clients to really get under the skin of their business, their values and what they want to achieve to allow them to come up with campaigns that exceed expectations. They are a team of around ten people, close knit and collaborative, with an approach that has both creativity and client service at its core. This is a brand new role to support their consistent growth and an excellent opportunity for an Account Executive or Account Manager who wants lots of autonomy and responsibility. About the role This really is a great role for an Account Executive who is looking to develop and grow their experience or an Account Manager looking for a long term opportunity. You'll be working closely with two of the businesses Directors, supporting them day to day with high profile campaigns aswell as having the autonomy to lead your own projects. The client base you'll be working on is really broad and a good mix of B2B and consumer, campaigns are multi channel - you could be supporting with the project management of video shoots, branding campaigns, website creation, social media, events, print collateral and much more. You'll have the opportunity to be client facing, attending meetings with your colleagues and managing client relationships day to day, talking campaign ideas through with clients, writing creative briefs, getting involved in brainstorms and project managing the overall delivery of campaigns from brief to delivery. Who we're looking for For this role we're looking for an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive with a couple of years agency experience under their belt. You need to understand the creative process and be experienced in working closely with clients, managing projects through day to day and able to create excellent relationships with clients. This truly is a fantastic opportunity for a role to be shaped and developed with longer term progression as the agency grows. As well as Senior Account Executives this agency is also keen to meet candidates currently working at Account Manager level. Agency experience is key but so is character fit - you need to be a proactive and passionate person with a client service focussed approach and loads of get up and go!
