Our brands are leaders in beauty, and we are looking for you to lead the change you want to see in L'Oreal. eBusiness Manager- IT Cosmetics As eBusiness Manager on IT Cosmetics, you will create and lead the brand eBusiness strategy, steering and supporting the commercial team to plan, manage and execute growth plans and continuously raise the bar in the digital space. The eBusiness Manager will be 100% accountable of the full P&L (from sell-in to profit) for The brand EComm (itcosmetics.co.uk), working in collaboration with the Digital Luxe Team Pure players, both existing accounts like Cult Beauty as well as new opportunities that we will explore in 2020. You will also be responsible for upskilling NAM on E-Retail and collaborating with Business stakeholders (finance, supply, marketing etc.) on key levers and winning formula for eBusiness. You will: Be the expert in eBusiness, nurturing close relationships with our pure players, international teams (DMIs/Zone) and within the brand to lead the eBusiness strategy for brand growth and increased profitability Ensure clear forecasting, trending and reporting for PP/D2C; flagging weekly risks and opportunities to brand commercial lead / GM. Tracking and reporting against KPIs Monitor performance and provide analysis / insights to update strategy according to centralised eBusiness reporting & industry data Account Management of Pure Players and reviewing and executing any new online business opportunities Strong collaboration with the National Accounts team to provide recommendations to drive e-Retail growth across all retailers, building holistic E-Retail plan of the brand, with differentiated retailer strategies Be 'Brilliant at Basics', driving more technical elements with the CMO / Luxe Digital Innovation Team / Brand Activation Manager to ensure the brand is winning at search, has strong visibility, enhanced content and an aligned 360 digital marketing channel strategy for pure players and direct to consumer. Utilise eBusiness KPIs such as Traffic, CVR, ATV and Bounce Rate and implement learnings to drive performance. Work with brand activation to ensure delivery of processes within the brand at local and international level to ensure seamless eBusiness execution Lead projects and activities that will differentiate between direct and indirect, driving traffic and market share gains for the brand Management of Pure Players/D2C P&L Coaching and development of eBusiness Executive You are: Previous exposure to eCommerce essential, with ability to demonstrate driving online growth Strong influencer, can lead and inspire others Ability to build solid relationships, both internally and with external partners Strategic mindset - has to translate and drive brand digital vision Highly numerate, with experience in a fast paced commercial environment Passion and curiosity for online retail, continuously seeking new opportunities and at the forefront of the ever changing digital landscape You have: Demonstrates entrepreneurship Manages Complexity Achieves results with integrity Acts/Leads with human sensitivity Displays sensitivity to the metier Interacts effectively Innovates
