We believe in: * Not rushing clients - our minimum visit is thirty minutes * Not rushing staff - that's why we allocate paid travel time and offer full training * Nurturing our staff - celebrating achievements on a personal level and encouraging progression * Caring for our clients in a person-centred way * Caring for our staff with flexible work, regular staff meetings and one-to-ones, ongoing training and an approachable management team, with out of hours support Job Description We are looking for people to work regular shifts assisting people in their own homes with meal preparation, medication and support getting up and ready for bed , personal care etc. As part of your role you would be helping people with: * Shopping and general household duties * Companionship and social support * Days out * Assistance to appointments * Meal preparation * Personal Care * Assistance to get dressed We can offer a fulfilling care support role, with scope for progression, training opportunities and a great experienced team to offer you all the support you need. Qualifications Many people already have what it takes to become a community support worker. A caring, kind nature and a genuine interest in getting to know people is all you need. Our specialist in house training will equip you with the the practical knowledge you would need but it is your core values that are essential to us. There's no experience required, but it's more important that you share our values of Respect, Dignity, Compassion, Caring, Trust, Innovation and Quality. If so, we would love to hear from you. You will need to be a driver and have access to a car.
