Rewarding part-time weekend carers Just because the weekends upon us doesn't mean our clients' needs you less on a Saturday and or Sunday. Have you recently found helping or volunteering during the covid-19 period more rewarding and fulfilling than you thought? Maybe you are returning to work shortly but looking to continue to help and support others in your local community. Home Instead Senior Care - Guildford and Woking a looking for weekend carers on a Saturday and / or Sundays to help assist clients with their morning / lunch / bedtime routines. Our carers come from all walks of life such as retail, supermarkets and childcare to name but a few. The customer service and skills you've learnt along the way are all highly transferable in the care, empathy and compassion you show towards others. We provide all new carers with three days bespoke industrial training so, you'll have all the knowledge and know-how to support our clients right from the start and throughout your time with us. There are many different ways you can work with us, all we ask is that your over the age of 18, a driver with use of your own car and able to commit to at least 8 hours on a weekend. Weekend hour shifts you could choose to work; * Saturday and sundays -7:30am till 1pm and 5pm till 10:30pm * Saturday and Sundays - 7:30am till 1pm * Saturday and sundays -5pm till 10:30pm * Saturday -7:30am till 1pm And 5pm till 10:30pm * Saturday - 730am till 1pm * Saturday - 5pm till 10:30pm * Sunday - 7:30am till 1pm and 5pm till 10:30pm * Sunday -7:30am till 1pm * Sunday - 5pm till 10:30pm What we offer in return: * Excellent pay- up to 12.50 per hour * Travel time * Ongoing training and support * Out of office hours support * Free DBS check * Accrued holiday * A minimum of 1-hour client visits * Employee Assistance Programme * Staff discount portal If you feel that you can help and support our clients now, during and after covid-19 then we would love to hear from you. Additional Information As a Carer you fall under the category of a "Key Worker" meaning you will be able to support the community during difficult times.
