Job Description

Expense Program Analyst will join our finance team based in our Maidenhead office. We are looking for someone to work 3 days a week initially on a six-month fixed term contract. More about the role: * Review and process employee expense claims for all EMEA employees in Chrome River (expense tool) * Identify and report on reimbursement problems and answer employees' questions precisely * Know the company policy related to employee expenses/reimbursement, and be the subject matter expert in EMEA * Process employee expense payment runs and reconcile back to the GL * Work closely with procurement colleagues in San Francisco to maintain company expense policies and update where required * Deliver reimbursement education to new company joiners * Assist Accounting with month end reconciliations and accruals relating to expenses * Research country specific rules around expenses More about you : * Previous Expenses/AP experience, ideally in a technology company * Proactive and self-motivated * Attention to detail * Policy driven * Keen to educate employees * Good communication skills * Strong team player with a can-do attitude * A high level of integrity * Comfortable with systems (Chrome River/ WorkDay/ Microsoft Office) * Ideally comfortable with accounting concepts - debits/credits, Balance Sheet/Profit and Loss About Anaplan We're building a truly unique technology.
