Job Description
Senior Quantity Surveyor (Residential) - Coventry - Up to 65K plus car/allowance, pension, bonuses, private healthcare (family), 28 days holiday allowance. A Senior Quantity Surveyor is actively sought due to the reward of new sites for a Residential Developer based in Oxon. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be working for a recognised and successful UK housebuilder that specialises in niche, private sector house builds in rural locations, typically between 10 and 70 units. * Based out of head office with sites across Northamptonshire, Warwickshire and the Midlands. * Looking to secure the services of a Quantity Surveyor with residential project experience. * You will be working within an established commercial team and expected to manage your own projects and workload. * Responsible for all ongoing commercial activities including pre and post contract * Career development on offer.
