Job Description

Description Responsiblities: * Effectively leads a team of consultants to meet team and department goals * Must have a deep functional and technical knowledge of the BlackLine standard products and how it integrates with the other products in the suite of products * Manage and lead a team of consultants to successfully implement the BlackLine suite of standard products * Ability to attract and retain top talent within the team * Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent implementation projects * Function as primary client and partner contact for questions regarding software functionality and best practices throughout the implementation phase * Provide continuous support and required assistance to team and other groups in the services department * Ability to provide recommendations and best practices to clients on how to configure the standard BlackLine products Qualifications: * Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication * Effectively manage and maintain client relationships * Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Ability to communicate in assertive, respectful, and positive manner * Strong communication skills including ability to work with all levels of the organization * Ability to work both in a team environment and individually * Assist in updating implementation documentation deliverables as needed * Assist in creating processes and procedures which improve and streamline the implementation processes * Ability to lead a group of consultants and manage team's workload * Bachelor's degree in Business * Minimum of four years of experience in the audit/accounting or technology industry * Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Accounting software * Self-starter and leader with a take charge attitude * Exceptional communication skills * Strong organizational, problem solving, presentation, interpersonal and consultative skills * Software background preferred * Previous project management experience * Previous management experience * CPA preferred * 2-3 years of consulting experience * Previous customer facing experience
