Working with Mental Health and Learning Disabilities colleagues you will lead a team of administration staff across adult community and inpatient services to co-ordinate the administration offer to clinicians to make the best use of the resources available. As part of our team, you will be a competent and motivated individual who can offer a dynamic approach to drive service improvement. With your excellent communication skills, positive approach, project management knowledge and administration experience you will join a dedicated team that works innovatively to embrace change. In Wells the team are spread across three areas, Wells, Shepton Mallet and Frome. In Bridgwater the team are spread across two bases in Bridgwater.
