Key responsibilities of the role:
Looking for a Finance and Administration Assistant to support across a range of functions within the business. You will be working with a small group of highly motivated individuals who enjoy achieving results under pressure and work hard to achieve their goals. Your role involves the general day-to-day management of office management and finance administration, supporting internal teams for the management of company services.
Day-to-day activities will include:
Finance admin tasks such as invoicing, receiving payments, reconciling etc
Introduction to basic compliance
Office Administration tasks such as filing, scanning and office management
Assisting with some marketing tasks
Other similar tasks
Key candidate requirements for the role:
Good communication skills
Excellent written and oral command of the English language
Good PC skills (Internet, email, MS Word and Excel) are essential
Full training will be provided
Basic German speaking can improve chances
