Physiotherapist BAND 6 LOCATION - Keynsham Health Centre, Keynsham , Bristol, BS31 1AF Are you a committed and caring Physiotherapist based in the Bath / Bristol area? Are you looking to join an NHS Health and Social Care partner which is striving to make positive changes? Feel Valued As a Band 6 Physiotherapist delivering NHS services with us you will receive AfC 19/20 salary and terms and conditions - including an NHS pension. And with this role you could complete a level 3 team lead / management apprenticeship. We will offer a combination of in house eLearning, workshops and courses to support your continued development. Feel Proud You will have a physiotherapy degree qualification, or equivalent, and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. As one of the Physiotherapists in the team you will offer support with treatment plans to adults in their own homes to promote independence to prevent hospital admission ,facilitate discharge out of local hospitals on the Homefirst pathway and assess on-going care needs. This involves close working with carers and your colleagues in the multi-disciplinary team, with a person centred approach. Working within the Keynsham Health and Social Care Reablement Team , you will; diagnose, assess and treat patients, develop and review treatment programmes that encourage exercise and movement by the use of a range of techniques, and review and rehabilitate patients .
