The role: * You will enable BU Leadership team taking informed decisions * Ensure that all of the company's financial practices are in line in statutory regulations, legislation and internal policies * Deliver reliable financial reporting, filing Accounts on time * You will have end to End responsibility for the Cash Flow performance of the BU West and Zx Ventures Europe * You will build strong bridge between the finance and other functions * Seek out methods and practices to minimise financial risk * Maintain strong Internal Control system * Manage projects (process transformation, automation) Who we're looking for: * You have at least 8 years of experience in Financial Control, Reporting, FP&A, Internal/External Audit * You have at least Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration * ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualification is a plus * You have professional-level knowledge of modern accountancy and finance practices and techniques (IFRS) * You have systems background and worked with a large ERP system * You are business focused, great communicator and negotiator with ability to influence cross-functional team members * You are team player who manage collaboratively with the ability to influence management * You have strong analytical skills What you can expect from us: In this role, you'll have the potential to transform our business and your career.
