Control Room Operator (1 days / 1 nights) Greenwich c£28,000 pa + Benefits Our client who is a well establish and expanding security business are looking to expand and therefore require experienced Control Room Operator to team lead their existing staff The responsibilities of the Control Room Operator :- Supervising the Control room during office hours Managing the head office switchboard Dealing with internal and external calls in a professional manner Exceptional attention to detail Liaising with emergency services and other monitoring agents High levels of IT system and administration Ensuring all sites manned are full staffed Scheduling staffing on sites Completing reports Dealing with hourly check calls There is also an opportunity for a Night Time role To apply for the Control Room Operator you must have :- Hold a SIA CCTV badge Exceptional communication skills The control room operator will have previous Security services experience within a similar role Excellent knowledge of a busy switchboard / control room experience High levels of IT and admin experience Confident communicator
